Shipping & Returns

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are fulfilled from Lagos, Nigeria within 1- 2 business days from the time your order is processed. Orders placed on a Friday after the cut-off post time (10am) or during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday within working hours.

PRE - ORDERS

You will be charged for Pre-orders at the time of ordering and these orders shall be shipped 1-5 business days after the stipulated date of release.

SHIPPING FEES

We calculate your shipping fee once you have added your items to your bag. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.

SHIPPING // WITHIN NIGERIA

  • All orders within Nigeria take up to 2 - 5 business days from dispatch.  
  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
  • Please note that our delivery partners typically have issues with universities and may require that you pick up from a hub closest to you.
  • If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us quoting your name, order number, and full address, so we can look into right away.
  • Please ensure that you have filled in a valid phone number so we can contact you on delivery. 

SHIPPING // INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Our international delivery courier is DHL. You can expect your international delivery to take between 5 - 10 business days.
  • Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address, postal code and phone number for delivery. 
  • Tassel Planner is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as this is beyond our control

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of charges may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you do not accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to us. You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it’s the responsibility of the carrier. If you're not home when our courier attempts delivery they will give you information with details on how to obtain your parcel. After a specific period as indicated by our courier, items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge you again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you in the first instance to discuss this with you. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (e.g: your work address).

RETURNS 

  • Here at Tassel Planner, we are certain you will be satisfied with our products but in the unlikely event that you are not, please note we do not offer refunds, however, we provide you with store credit in the amount of your returned good(s).
  • Goods must be returned within 14 business days after delivery. If you require a return for store credit, kindly send us an email at hello@tasselplanner.com 
  • Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product(s) to us within this time frame, at your own expense, along with your purchase confirmation. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
  • We require that you send us the Tassel Planner product(s) via tracked delivery. Shipping fees remain your responsibility.
    This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. The planner remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original and complete condition and not used beyond simply opening the product.

EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENT

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged 7 days after receipt. Shipping fee to and from our warehouse remains your responsibility. Exchanges can only be made for the same item and same color.

SALES

All items bought on sale are final and cannot be exchangedor replaced.
